District 21 hosted a Wellness Fair on Saturday March 5, 2011 from 9.00 AM until 11.30 AM at Jack London Middle School. With Michael Ventrella, the most recent winner of NBC's Biggest Loser, and former Chicago Bear Marcus Robinson in attendance, along with hundreds of District 21 students and family members, the event proved a great success.

The event included:

• Nutrition, Yoga, and Athletic Performance break-out sessions
• Demonstrations & Exhibitions--Dance, Basketball, and a Safety demonstration by the Wheeling Police Department
• Local vendors exhibiting health-related products and services
